HomeRiver Connect App provides a convenient solution for homeowners to communicate and manage their community association. The app enables users to make payments, view account details, and access community information from a single platform.

To log in to the app, users can utilize the same email and password used for the website version. For new users without an existing login, registration can be completed by clicking the register button and submitting the required information. Following registration approval, users will receive an email containing a link to set a password and gain access to their account via the app.

In cases where existing users have forgotten their password, a password reset can be initiated by clicking the Forgot Password link, entering the email address, and following the instructions provided in the email to set a new password.

Once logged in, homeowners can benefit from various features, including:

• Easily switching between accounts for multiple properties
• Accessing homeowner dashboard
• Viewing association documents, meeting minutes, forms, budgets, and financials
• Browsing association directories and photos
• Contacting support
• Making payments
• Reviewing violations
• Submitting architectural applications
